Cheyanne has been absolutely wonderful every single time. Today she was able to work around her schedule to get me in so I could look my best for family photos. Obsidian is a safe and comfortable environment, even on days that are dark and gloomy. They offer support and acceptance for all. It’s been a pleasure to be able to come to a safe space that makes accommodation for you while also making you look good.

I got k-tip extension install with Erin, it was so fun! I’ve never had extensions before so before we started she made sure. to educate me on care and styling. She made it super simple, and everyone else that was in the studio was so nice and supportive. It’s clear everyone there wants to learn and be the best they can be, and wants their co workers to succeed. My extensions are so pretty, and perfectly matched to my bright pink hair, and i love that i can wear my hair up and down!
